By using this website or engaging Unnati Digi Services ("we", "us", "our") for any Unnati GeoRank package or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Unnati GeoRank packages (Starter, Pro, Advantage, Prestige) include website design and development, local SEO, Google Business Profile support, and related digital marketing services as described on this website. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for a given engagement are confirmed separately in a proposal or agreement with the client.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, leads or business outcomes. Search visibility depends on competition, location, search behaviour, search engine algorithms and other factors outside our control. Price ranges shown on this website are indicative and the final investment for any package depends on business category, requirements and scope, as confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client-owned content — text, images, and other original assets provided by or created for the client — remains the client's property. However, certain GeoRank-specific software components, plugins, themes and infrastructure features are licensed as part of an active GeoRank package or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and are not sold or licensed separately. If the AMC lapses, some GeoRank-specific features may cease to function and may need to be replaced by another provider.
An optional AMC is available for continued maintenance and support after a package is completed, at the rates described on this website or in a separate agreement. AMC is not automatically included with any package unless stated otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and lawful content for use on their website. We are not responsible for delays caused by late client input.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Unnati Digi Services retains rights to its proprietary GeoRank software, templates, and methodology. Clients receive a licence to use their website as delivered, subject to Section 6 above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnati Digi Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of business, revenue, or search ranking position.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
